Unsubscribing stops occasional letters about materials, care, and project stories. It does not close a live home-improvement conversation, delete drawings needed for a current room, or prevent you from writing through the contact page later.
If you only want fewer messages, say so in the note and a representative can keep you on a rarer seasonal list instead of removing the address entirely.
